See James McAvoy Get His Head Shaved on the X-Men: Apocalypse Set

Does revealing a hairstyle count as a spoiler? On Friday, director Bryan Singer shared a photo of James McAvoy getting his head shaved on the set of X-Men: Apocalypse. “#Xavier reborn (in process),” Singer wrote in the photo’s caption.

McAvoy has played Charles Xavier with a full head of hair in X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past, but his locks will bite the dust in X-Men: Apocalypse to further align the 36-year-old star with the Professor X fans know and love.

X-Men: Apocalypse is out on May 27, 2016.
