If Best Actor goes to a white guy, Halle Berry may grab this one, but odds are Sissy Spacek's tortured "In the Bedroom" turn as mother Ruth Fowler puts her at the top of the ladies' list. Spacek is on her fifth Oscar nomination and the sentimental favorite — let's hope Whoopi Goldberg doesn't dump a bucket of pig's blood on her during the acceptance speech.
