Vuittonthere's no question that Edwardian style is a top trend
for fall. And with Miramax's Finding Neverlandabout the
Edwardian-era playwright J.M. Barrie, who created Peter
Panopening Oct. 22, the timing is perfect for a return to
propriety. Costume designer Alexandra Byrne isn't surprised by
the revival on the runways. "That period is meant to be really
flattering and feminine," she says. Just don't overdose: a little
frill goes a long way.
