They chose to do the big 'Go F*** Yourself' song, and, while the Grammy stage is the right place for big statements, Not Ready to Make Nice isn't even one of the six best songs on the Dixie Chicks' album, and they've never quite figured out how to make it work live. Maines hit the tough notes but wavered on the low and quiet ones. The whole performance never took off.
