Big, who lives in Jacky's neighboorhood and looks down on its hard-core
addicts, sees no harm in the occasional binge himself. His weekends usually go
up in meth and exhaust fumes from motorcyle racing. "Smoking once in a while
won't do any harm, it's just like having a drink," he says.
