The police arrest a man who had entered a shop to try to sell the shop owner cigarettes. The owner believed him to be a shoplifter, and feeling threatened, attacked him with a baseball bat. Upon arrival the police discovered that there was an outstanding warrant for the man's arrest because of a parole violation.
