Bush's Cabinet: Who Might Serve In A Second Term?
George Bush says he plans to stick with Dick Cheney for a second term, despite falling approval ratings for the Vice President (43% in last week's TIME poll). It's not clear, though, what a second term would mean for the rest of Bush's top aides. Overall, the Cabinet's approval rating was 50% (the President's was 51%). After such a long and hard run, here is a look at the prospects for some of the top Cabinet Secretaries
