"Miracle Child"

As Oklahomans go about their daily lives, feigning, if not actually feeling, a semblance of normality, they are occasionally struck by signs of the triumphant in their midst. P.J. Allen, now in the thick of the Terrible Twos, is one of these, dubbed Oklahoma City's "miracle child."
