Some Littleton residents still suspect Brooks Brown may have somehow been involved in the massacre. In a way he was; a year before the killings Brown found a threatening Website Harris created that detailed what he wanted to do at the high school -- and mentioned Brown as one of the targets. Brown's parents went to the police, but the threat "slipped through the cracks," according to one department official.
