A body lies in a crater where a convoy of ethnic Albanian refugees was
struck near the town of Djakovica in southern Kosovo on April 14.
Yugoslavia said a NATO air strike hit the convoy,
killing at least 64 and wounding 20. NATO disputed that it was
responsible
for the incident and hinted that it had been staged by Serbs.
