Advertising Traffic Specifications and Guidelines Instructions

Time.com adserving is managed by AOL. All creative specifications can be found at http://mediaspace.aol.com under the section Art Specs and Policies.



Information to include with creative

  1. WorldWatch - sent out on Monday

    Five lines of text - 65 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation - as well as a line for the linking URL.

    Text must be sent via email to max.brockbank@timeinc.com

    New text to be received three working days before the date of the email distribution, ie,
    • WorldWatch - text must be received by end of Tuesday for following Monday's email


Reporting

The AOL Advertising Sales Information System (ASIS) is a web based reporting system that enables an account manager to monitor impresion and click-through performance of partner's advertisements through customised reports. These reports will be provided weekly by the traffic manager at TIME.
