Designed for Time by Keith Cheng to mark Hong Kong's return to Chinese rule in 1997 Cheng, age 6, is in teacher Betty Choi's class at St. Nicholas' English School in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. The design was judged the best among entries in the 3-6 year-old category.
