Designed for Time by Tung Yu Wan to mark Hong Kong's return to Chinese rule in 1997. Tung, age 11, is in teacher Yim Lai Ping's class at skh Lui Ming Choi Memorial Primary School in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. The design was judged the best among entries in the 10-12 year-old category.
