In 50 First Dates, Sandler, a veterinarian, falls for Barrymore, a woman with short-term-memory loss, and has to woo her anew every day. Of re-teaming with her "jovial, lovable" onscreen honey after six years, Barrymore says, "We're a little bit more mature but not much."
