R.B. It's unlikely. The television program--strangely, although it didn't have the numbers Donald Trump's program had--did do an enormous amount of good for Virgin. Walking down the street, so many people come up to me, having seen the program.
TIME Are you tired? Sometimes you seem kind of nuts, and today you don't seem too crazy.
R.B. There are two sides to me. One is the normal side, and then there's the side that is wheeled out to put our companies on the map. I'm not averse to that side. If you do anything in life, you've got to enjoy it. But there are certainly some occasions where I gulp before I [descend from] a building in Times Square and wonder whether this is just one step too far. But generally speaking, I think we haven't made complete fools of ourselves yet.•
