YOU'VE KNOWN THE PRESIDENT FOR A LONG TIME. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU THINK YOU KNOW ABOUT HIM THAT OTHER PEOPLE DON'T KNOW? He's a great manager. All these principles I've learned from him. He's a lot of fun to be around, a very motivating manager and fun and encouraging. That's why many of us have been doing it for a long time. This is my 11th year.
