TIME What are you doing for businesses? K.K. The next major area for us is to bring free checking to small businesses. That is something we're rolling out all over the country, and it's growing extraordinarily quickly. On the heels of that, we're developing automated loans, trying to make that as streamlined a process as we possibly can.
TIME Do you still have your offices on the lower floors of the Washington Mutual Tower in order to save on rent? K.K. The 16th floor is where the executive offices are--of a 55-story building. The rent was lower. And from an image side, we didn't want to be like every other bank, on the top floor of some big high-rise. That's just a little different position.
