A little liquid is O.K. on airplanes

Travelers, keep your lotion. The TSA has eased its ban on liquids in carry-on luggage. No longer banned: sample-size toiletries (that's 3 oz. or less)--too small, officials say, for major explosives.

•Troops to Darfur

A.U. force to stay until January

The U.S. warned Sudan last week to accept U.N. peacekeepers or face sanctions. In the meantime, the cash-strapped African Union pledged to stay a little longer--and send 4,000 more troops.

•Vote MySpace '06

Networking site touts polls

Click the vote! MySpace plans to target its 114 million users in a youth-voter-registration drive this month. Users will be able to post links on their pages to encourage friends to register online.

A happy birthday? You decide

Fox News is marking 10 years on air with a 10-city "Thank You, America" tour, ending Nov. 14 in Detroit. One stop last week: Atlanta, where Fox broadcast from a park in sight of rival CNN's studio.

Bankrupt boxer launches tour

Cover your ears. Tickets go on sale this week for the Mike Tyson World Tour, a series of bouts starting Oct. 20. The ex-champ hopes to pay his bills and said, "I'm going to feel better about myself."
