Retail: Room to Grow
Bergdorf Goodman has experienced significant growth in jewelry sales over the past year, according to Sydney Price, vice president of jewelry and watches, so it makes sense that this fall the New York City retailer will open a special room showcasing its high-end collections—from $3,500 Kieselstein-Cord earrings up to a million for Siegelson vintage pieces. Customers looking to spend extravagantly will be offered a private setting in which to view exquisite jewelry from such names as Michelle Ong, De Grisogono and Buccellati.
