Wine Divine
Champagne is known to be expensive, but Veuve Clicquot's Vertical Limit champagne cellar (right) by Porsche Design Studio takes the acquisition of bubbly to new heights. The 6-ft.-tall (1.8 m) Vertical Limit houses 12 magnums of vintage Veuve Clicquot—each behind a hand-soldered door—and costs $70,000. Only 15 have been made, and eight have already sold. This summer the cellar line develops further with a three-magnum model.
