Memorabilia: There's a planeload of Concorde accessories on eBay. As we go to press, a BA Concorde Royal Doulton China set is going for $48, a BA Concorde safety card for $24.99 and a BA Concorde ticket wallet for $1.

Spare Parts: Air France plans to auction pieces of Concorde in Paris in November. The jet's distinctive nose cone is expected to fetch $11,600- $17,400; two engines, a pilot seat and flight manuals are also up for grabs.

Alternative Air Time: With Concorde gone, the only way to satisfy the need for speed is the Gulfstream G550, the world's most technically advanced business jet airliner, a bargain at $45.75 million.
