After prodding by California attorney general Bill Lockyer, Governor-elect ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER said he was launching his own private investigation into allegations that he had "groped" women. Very private. The Governor-to-be said he won't give the attorney general who voted for him in the recall but last week said the allegations could "stain" the new administration the results of the probe.
