To Name A Tune, Make A Call
Racking your brain to identify a cool song on the radio? MusicID, a new music-recognition service, can help you name that tune with just a quick phone call: simply dial #43 on your mobile phone, and hold it so that it can pick up the tune. Within seconds, you'll get a text message that gives you the name of the artist and the song. MusicID, the brainchild of Musicphone and Shazam Entertainment, is available to AT&T Wireless subscribers for 99¢ a call.
