Foreign News: The Military Situation
Three million rifles, 125,000 machine guns, and 40 aeroplanes were ordered by the Bolsheviki from Sweden, Germany, Czecho-Slovakia.
In the South, a revolt has broken out and a large force composed of peasants and Don Cossacks is moving on Kieff. In the Far East, General Semenov, formerly Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armies, is raising a military force at Vladivostok and proposes to start a counter revolution. In the West, Russia, with her finger on the trigger, observes the writhing struggles of all Europe.
The Soviet Government is watching, waiting, preparing.
