Carlsbad (in Czecho-Slovakia). The World Zionist Conference (the 13th) closed. Vigorous back-to-Palestine agitation was voted. Dr. Chaim Weizmann, after an 8 p. m.5 a. m. session, ousted the present director of activities and seated a new Executive Committee. Several New York; Zionists are now members of the Actions Committee. Having announced the collection of $4,300,000, of which $2,750,000 came from the U. S., the delegates departed from Carlsbad's wooded hills and scattered about the globe.
