Hard by the Manhattan entrance to Brooklyn Bridge and facing the City Hall, stands the Pulitzer Building. Thirty-seven years ago this building was proudly reared by Joseph Pulitzer, superlatively able parent of the present Pulitzers, proprietors of the World.
