Work Done. Last week the U. S. House of Representatives:

¶ Passed, after a three-day debate, a bill transferring Prohibition enforcement from the Treasury to the Department of Justice (TIME, Jan. 27 et seq.).

¶ Passed (245-74) a bill enlarging the definition of oleomargarine to include 7,500,000 Ib. of cooking compounds under a 10¢-a-lb. tax.

¶ Passed a bill bringing interstate commerce in stolen goods under Federal jurisdiction.
