Sport: No More Stalling
Meeting in Chicago, the National Association of Basketball Coaches voted for the most drastic rule change in 25 years, a rule to prevent "stalling." Henceforth, a team in possession of the ball in its back court must advance it past the centre of the court within 10 sec. or lose the ball at the nearest sideline.
