Aeronautics: Keep to Right
Last week the Department of Commerce issued this order: "Because of the congestion on the New York-Washington airways, it has become necessary to enforce strictly the right side flying rule. Beacon lights constitute the centre line thereof." Over all or parts of the route, four scheduled airlines operate a total of 36 planes a day.
