ITALY: No Time to Retire

Rumors that U.S. Ambassador to Italy Clare Boothe Luce would quit her job once the problem of Trieste was solved were laid firmly to rest last week. Rome's diplomatic corps learned that Washington wanted Mrs. Luce to remain in Rome and that she, liking the job, was willing to do so.
