The Eurocrats, that new breed of international civil servants employed by the Common Market, are dedicated men. In the interests of efficiency, they are pushing for a merger of the Market's three separate governing organizations the European Economic Community, the European Coal and Steel Community and the Atomic Energy Community. They have also prepared voluminous reports about Western Europe's growing inflation, with its soaring prices and wages.
