The Moderates believe in letting matters take their course until Premier Poincaré is more disposed to treat on reasonable terms, and they do not advocate embarrassing the Government's policy of attrition. The Radicals, however, believe in overthrowing the Cuno Government and installing an administration willing to treat with the French.
