Foreign News: The Treaty
At the conclusion of the Lausanne Conference last month the Allies handed Ismet Pasha, Turkish Emissary, a treaty which contained their final peace terms. Ismet could not agree to sign it, and so it has been taken to Angora for the approval or rejection of the National Assembly. If the Turks refuse to sign war will follow.
