"Two members of the War Food Administration were discussing a disputed matter of policy. The official who was taking the negative in the argument finally conceded:
" 'Well, you seem to have made out a pretty good case. But I'm still skeptical. I'm from Missouri.'
" 'Well,' the other official replied, 'who the hell isn't—now?' "
