Ah spring, season of hope, young love, baseball and journalism awards. Each year more than half of all national prizes for editorial and photographic excellence are presented in April, May and June. At the midpoint of this awards season, TIME has already captured a wallful of major honors. Last week the prestigious Overseas Press Club of America added three more.
