It is a Monday morning like any other at the pastoral Port Howard Farm on West Falkland Island. Several shepherds roam the 200,000-acre spread in Land Rovers and on motorbikes, tending the 45,000 woolly residents. In the main house, farm owner Robin Lee, 42, checks over farm accounts and sips a final cup of tea before making the weekly commute to his desk job in the capital city of Port Stanley.
