Global Business
Welcome to a special new section of TIME, called GLOBAL BUSINESS. It's a magazine within TIME magazine, and will be inserted once a month into the copies that we send to an elite group of our U.S. subscribers who are keenly interested in business and technology. GLOBAL BUSINESS will explore the opportunities that U.S. companies are finding in the global marketplace--where the number of U.S. exporters has tripled over the past three years. And we will cover the challenges that U.S. businesses face at home from foreign competitors. Drawing on TIME's unmatched network of news bureaus around the U.S. and the world, we will write about the ideas and technologies driving international business, as well as the most intriguing personalities and their enthusiasms at work and after hours. Please let us know what you think of our first issue.
