BILL AND BORIS, TOGETHER AGAIN

On the heels of Russia's signing the NATO Partnership for Peace, the U.S. announced that Russian President Boris Yeltsin will join President Clinton in Washington for a September visit, their first encounter since January in Moscow. The leaders also will meet in Naples next month during the G-7 summit of the world's leading economic powers.
