SHE'S OUTTA THERE . . .
The U.S. Figure Skating Association stripped Olympic bad girl Tonya Harding of her national championship and bounced her from the professional group for life. Harding denied she knew of the whacking before it occurred, but William Hybl, the former U.S. Olympic Committee president who chaired the panel, didn't buy it.To post your view, go to Message Boards and select "Tonya Harding."
