The U.S. Figure Skating Association stripped Olympic bad girl Tonya Harding of her national championship and bounced her from the professional group for life. A five-member disciplinary panel says Harding's actions surrounding the Jan. 6 attack on Nancy Kerrigan "evidence a clear disregard for fairness, good sportsmanship and ethical behavior."
