The TIME Photos of the Year Contest

WHAT: The judges will be looking for images that help convey an understanding of the events of 2006 and what's changing about the world we live in. Photos must be 300 dpi and five by seven inches.
WHEN: The deadline for entries is Nov. 22. Winners will appear in the magazine that appears on newsstands Dec. 11 and online the day before.
WHO: In the text of your entry, please provide some caption information about what or who is in the picture and when and where it was taken. Please also give us your name, address and phone number so that we can confirm information about the photograph.
WHY: Get the chance to be published in TIME!
