SERBS REJECT PEACE PLAN
Nine of 10 Bosnian Serb voters have rejected a peace plan brokered by Western Europe, the U.S. and Russia, according to unofficial results from the balloting this past weekend. The setback for negotiators could push the region into an all-out bloody war. The West is expected to try to punish the Serbs, but without getting mired in any ensuing conflict. BTW: official results of the vote are expected Wednesday.
