Republican presidential hopefuls are lending the far-right Christian Coalition some clout, judging by the lineup for the two-day conference that kicked off in Washington today. Among the prominent Republicans scheduled to address the religious stalwarts: Texas Senator Phil Gramm, former Veep Dan Quayle, former Education Secretary Lamar Alexander and former Defense Secretary Dick Cheney -- all rumored aspirants for the top of the G.O.P. ticket in '96.
