(A USA Today-CNN-Gallup Poll released today says Clinton is up 7 points to 48 percent approval, largely based on efforts abroad.) Gingrich blasted the chief executive for today's meeting with Syrian President Hafez Assad, labeled "more ruthless" than the exiled Haitian junta.
