SCHWARTZKOPF UNBOUND
Gulf War hero and Army Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf was cleared today of allegations that he improperly used military officers to help him put together his best-selling book "It Doesn't Take A Hero." The Pentagon Inspector General, in a report released today, said five officers should not have billed the government for 140 trips they made to the general's home, but that Schwartzkopf -- who later reimbursed the Treasury Department $1,608.50 -- was unaware they were being reimbursed at taxpayer expense.
