PROSECUTORS TRYING TO BAG SIMPSON

Prosecutors want to put O.J. Simpson attorney and confidantRobert Kardashianon the witness stand to explain TV footage that showed him carrying one of Simpson's bags when the defendant returned from Chicago the day after his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman were slain. Prosecutors have theorized that Simpson stuffed his bloody clothes into a bag after committing the murders, then either shoved them into an airport garbage can as he left Los Angeles or took the clothing to Chicago. "They're trying to raise all kinds of possibilities of skullduggery in the jury's mind," saysTIME Los Angeles correspondent James Willwerth, who expects prosecutors to ask Kardashian leading questions about the bag.
