Newt Gingrich insists that he is not going to New Hampshire this weekend because he's planning to run for president . And that's just the way New Hampshire wants it. A poll of 400 Republicans registered in the state, released today, found that 52 percent would encourage Gingrich toforget about running for presidentif they could speak to him during his visit.
