BOSNIAN TROOPS CUT SERB SUPPLY ROUTE
Bosnian government forces have apparently succeeded in cutting off an important supply route for theBosnian Serbs beseiging Sarajevo, and now are driving toward the city. /time/magazine/domestic/1995/950612/950612.bosnia.html to take control of the road between Sarajevo and the Serb headquarters in Pale ten miles to the southeast. Although most of the more than 1,000 shells fired today were targeted at combatants, several hit the city. Two people were killed in their beds when a round hit a Sarajevo hospital.
