MOVIES . . . JUDGE DREDD
The hormone that courses through Sylvester Stallone's movie veins, saysTIME's Richard Corliss, could be called preposterone. The buffed one has become a symbol for all that is goofy and grandiloquent inHollywood's live-action summer cartoons. This summer's entry: "Judge Dredd," a movie loosely based on a popular series of British graphic novels about futuristic judge who is also policeman, jury, and executioner.
