Speculation intensified overRussian President Boris Yeltsin's healthas questions were raised about the validity of an official photograph released last weekend. "I would insist that the photo was taken Friday," Yeltsin's press secretary sniffed to reporters, though the image bears umistakable similarities to a picture taken three months ago. Yeltsin appeared today on Russian Public Television to assert "the doctors say the recovery will be complete, without any consequences." Still, no independent reports or physician statements have been made since the ailing leader was hospitalized on July 11 withheart trouble.
