War Crimes Trial Begins

THE HAGUE, Netherlands: The Yugoslavia War Crimes Tribunal began its first case Tuesday with the trial of Bosnian Serb Dusan Tadic. The former bar owner is accused of murder and torture in Serb-run camps in Bosnia in 1992.
